The Crime Statistics Agency has launched a new website, providing statistics and information about crime trends in Victoria.
The site, launched on 1 January 2015, provides visitors with recorded crime statistics for Victoria, as well as explanatory information to help data users understand the scope, definitions, data collection methods and outputs of the Crime Statistics Agency.
Visitors to the website can also explore recorded crime statistics by location, using the Crime by Location map on the website. The Crime by Location map allows users to explore the recorded criminal offences data and view it through dynamic data visualisations.
